I used this product on monday during my work out. (M are my heavy days, weights and heavy cardio). I am totally amazed at how I felt and my recovery. I could do more and still had lots of energy to make it through the rest of the day. I did only use half a serving because it is thick.
Good job BodyWell. great product!!!
